Room by Room Breakdown of Our Cleaning Program
We do not leave any corner, and the spot uncleaned. Here is what our service includes:
Kitchens & Cleaning of Heavy Duty Kitchen Appliances
Kitchens are always the most inspected areas by the inventory inspectors specifically focusing on ovens, hobs and refrigerators. It is here that we apply our skills in giving this important area a thorough cleaning:
Ovens & Hobs: The cleaning includes removal of hard burnt grease and carbon residue.
Refrigerators & Freezers: A deep clean of all shelves, door seals and drawers.
Dishwashers & Washing Machines: The filter cleaning, soap drawer cleaning and sanitization of the rubber seal.
Sinks & Countertops: Cleaning the scale from taps, plug holes and draining boards.
Bathrooms, En-Suites and Cloakrooms
Surrey’s hard water can result in lime scale forming in the bathroom. We will bring it back to life by:
Lime Scale Removal: Descaling shower heads, taps, bath outlets and glass shower screens.
Wall Tiles & Grouting: Cleaning soap scum, lime scale and beginning mold marks off wall tiles and grouting.
Disinfection: Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting of toilets, bidets, washbasins and bathtubs.
Glass & Accessories: Polishing glass, mirrors, towel railings and chrome accessories to a high gloss.
Bedrooms, Living Areas and Dining Rooms
These rooms require warmth and cleanliness for future inhabitants:
Dusting Up & Down: Cobwebs cleaning in corners of the ceiling, from light fittings, frames and curtain poles.
Skirting Boards & Woodwork: Wiping of skirting boards, door frames, window sills and architraves.
Light Fittings & Switches: Careful cleaning of light switches, sockets and radiator covers.
Inner Windows: Window cleaning from the inside, to make your home more pleasant.
Add-on Specialty Services
Not all move out cleans may do the job you require to meet your terms of lease agreement. Our selected additional services allow you to make a single order for everything you need:
